Job Description

Mainly responsible for overseas accounting and regulatory compliance reporting as well as business support. Working with members of the group’s business finance, tax, SSC, compliance and various professional service advisors, you will be responsible for:
• Corporate statutory and regulatory reporting including the coordination of annual statutory audits in various jurisdictions;
• Resolution of accounting and reporting matters across multiple GAAPs in various jurisdictions;
• Assist with regulatory inspections in various jurisdictions working with our global internal audit and compliance teams; and
• Lead special projects in the areas of process and system improvements as part of the group’s global expansion.

Requirements

• University degree in accounting or relevant major, with minimum of 10 years accounting or audit experience of which at least 4 years are in complex accounting matters, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Strong organization, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
• Self-starter with excellent accounting, analytical, creative problem-solving
• Enthusiastic to learn from and work with other team members
• AICPA, CPA or ACCA designation
• Experience with Big 4 or multinational corporate accounting & reporting department a plus
• Language requirement: English and Chinese are must, local language is a plus
