Job Descriptions:
We are seeking for Lead/Senior Data Engineers for our Malaysia Tech Center, work on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication of business requirements across teams, implementing end-to-end designs by building batch or real-time data warehouse.
- Data model designing, coding, and optimizing ETL jobs.
- Responsible for building and maintaining business data products
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in creating and maintaining end-to-end ETL pipelines while maintaining high reliability and security
- Familiar with at least one distributed computing engine (e.g. Hive, Spark, Flink)
- Familiar with data warehouse concept and have production experience in modeling design
- Good logical thinking and verbal expression abilities
- Proficiency in English, speaking Mandarin is highly desirable
- Experience with financial data is preferred
- Experience in the design of big data architecture (e.g. data governance, data compliance) added advantages.
