About the Company
Our client is a premier law firm based in Australia offering a range of legal services with a client-focused approach & currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their Sales Manager in optimizing and streamlining the sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining comprehensive datasets of client information.
- Utilizing and optimizing HubSpot, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, to enhance client engagement and ensure the seamless flow of data.
- Conducting high-volume data collection and entry using platforms such as ASIC, LinkedIn, and CreditorWatch.
- Research and compile accurate client information from external sources (ASIC, LinkedIn, CreditorWatch, etc.).
- Input and update client data into HubSpot with precision and efficiency.
- Assist in maintaining the integrity of workflows, templates, and reports within HubSpot to support sales initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to identify and address data gaps.
- Provide administrative support for client communications and follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
- Possess min Diploma or Degree in any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with utilising third party platforms to build out data sets such as LinkedIn, and CreditorWatch.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is highly desirable).
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- A reliable and self-motivated work ethic suitable for remote work.
