Job Description

1. Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: work closely with business team, FPA, and SSC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters across all operation regions.
2. Business partner role: to work collaboratively with A+ Growth team to address their biz goal, initiatives and projects, including but not limited to operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and exception handling.
3. Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities.
4. Continuous improvement: continuously seeking opportunities to systematic solution and implement to improve operation efficient, data accuracy and promptness. Proactively involved product/tech team to streamline demand and implementation plan.
5. Get hands-on and influence others in resolving issues and exploiting new opportunities as they arise.
6. Support any other ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field or equivalent required.
2. Over 5 years’ working experience in finance or relevant analytical field.
3. Demonstrated ability to translate strong technical capabilities into commercial judgement, and to work independently and self-motivated in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment where new business initiatives are frequently introduced.
4. Knowledge of e-payment, e-commerce and financial services is a plus.
5. Be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to management. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
6. Curiosity in continuous learning, and strong inter-person skills with the ability to interact with multi-functional teams to drive the discussion, alignment and actions.
7. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
