Job Description

·         Enhancement of Corporate Governance

·         Assist in organising meetings with stakeholders, and minutes drafting

·         Assist in handling and preparing of company secretarial documents

·         Update and maintain proper corporate records as well as database

·         Handle KYC requests or other company secretarial duties

·         Handle ad hoc assignments when necessary

 

Requirements

·         Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience

·         Graduate or Associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration (MAICSA)

·         Degree in the field of company law, company secretarial practice, management, business administration or accounting

·         Positive, meticulous, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure

·         Good team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills

·         Proficient in using MS office and Chinese word processing

·         Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
