Conveyancing Clerk / Conveyancing Secretary

About the company
Our clients are reputable legal firms with offices at Damansara Utama, Klang, KL (Sogo), Kajang, Puchong, Bangsar UOA, Taipan USJ and they are looking for Conveyancing Clerk / Conveyancing Secretary to join their team.

 

Responsibilities

1) Perform administrative task including preparing letters, filling, retrieving documents and etc.
2) To prepare documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation from initial stage until completion stage.
3) To follow up and liase with clients, bankers & relevant authorities.
4) Coordination and monitoring with external lawyer on legal matters.
5) Other ad-hoc corporate assignments as may be required from time to time.

 

Requirements

1) Possess at least a STPM, Professional Certificate or Diploma or equivalent or higher academic qualifications.
2) With at least 3 years of relevant experience.
3) Be computer literate and excellent in MS office applications.
4) Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
