About the Client
Our client operates in the design and manufacturing of wireless communication hardware and software, providing OEM, ODM, and joint development services to global customers. They specialise in customizable wireless modules, embedded systems, antennas, and related engineering solutions tailored to specific industry needs. Their offerings support faster time-to-market and are used across sectors such as industrial automation, healthcare, transportation, and smart technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide remote technical support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Handle technical escalations from internal support teams.
- Perform embedded software troubleshooting and PCB board testing.
- Linux-based system support will be an added advantage.
2. Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Product teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous product and service improvement.
3. Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Support
- Support sales teams during technical discussions, solution proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation and post-sales support.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in technical support or embedded systems.
- Strong experience in embedded software and PCB board testing.
- Knowledge of network operating systems, implementations, and installations.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Good command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
