Job Description: As a Customer Service in the company, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving the sales goals. You will manage online events, provide exceptional customer interactions, and support the innovative trading education platform.
Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Coordinate and assist in webinars, online workshops, and Zoom sharing sessions.
- Sales Support: Engage in the sales process by interacting with customers, resolving queries, closing sales, handling payments, and following up on sales.
- Customer Relationship: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Service Quality: Maintain high standards of service quality and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Student Guidance: Guide students in developing the correct trading mindset.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

- Mandarin proficiency is a plus for communicating with Mandarin-speaking clients, but not required. All candidates are welcome to apply.
- Education: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office; coding knowledge is a plus.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
