Our client is a business management consultation service company that provides operational management, human resource management, e-commerce management, bookkeeping, and taxation services to the clients. The office located at Petaling Jaya area,

Job Description:

  • Accurately input and update product information, descriptions, images, and prices on our e- commerce platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Monitor and respond to data entry-related inquiries and issues.
  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform office administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.


  • Min possess SPM.
  • Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
