Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate and tech savvy Data Support and Integration Engineer that will be supporting our business with technical issues, training and integration implementations with a mission to make our business successful using the business applications including CRM, BI and other data analysis tools. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our data transaction smoothly, working collaboratively with internal tech and data team and external ISV partners.

Your key responsibilities:

• Work with tech and data team to build integration with Salesforce and data warehouse(ODPS) including data backup, design data logic processing, field mapping maintenance.
• Provide the guidance for downstream system to consume salesforce data in ODPS.
• Manage the Technical Support queue and take ownership of support cases.
• Troubleshoot data issues with tech and data team, cross-system of solving out data issues and ensure data consistency.
• Design & build scalable integrations focused towards creating business impact.
• Work with other engineering teams to build & maintain high volume inbound & outbound integrations.
• Build technical documentation & contribute towards engineering excellence in the area of integrations.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  Strong knowledge of data integration architecture.
2. Minimum qualifications:
       ● Experience with Python, Java, SQL.
   ● Experience with Big Query, Airflow or any other Big Data platform.
   ● Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
   ● At least 3 years of hands-on experience leveraging data integration framework.
   ● Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese language.
3. Preferred qualifications: Experience with Salesforce platforms.
