About the company:
Our client is an MCN e-commerce agency specializing in delivering high-quality skincare and maternity products, located in the KL area.
Responsibility:
– Developing, executing, and monitoring multiple digital initiatives to increase conversion, revenue,
and profitability from paid search campaign on Facebook Meta & Tiktok.
– Set Up and management of digital media campaign for brands across multiple channels & traffic
sources.
– Understanding customer value and utilizing strategies to drive quality traffic to the ecommerce
platform.
– Monitor and analyses campaign data with react to competitor strategies.
– Maximizing return on investment for allocated digital spends through ongoing optimization.
– Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user experience and website design to optimize
conversion paths and improve user engagement. A/B test different elements to identify the most
effective strategies.
– Making informed decision across dimensions of the account based on the current market result.
– Generate weekly and monthly report on the campaign. To ensure ROI of the campaigns launched.
– Partner with sales reps, client servicing team to support brand need
– Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC)
advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase visibility and drive traffic.
– Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven
decisions to improve results.
– Manage the budget allocated for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
– Prepare regular reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and present findings to
management.
– Ensure that digital marketing practices comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
– Coordinate with other departments, such as sales, design, and IT, to align marketing efforts with
broader company goals.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma,
Degree, Advanced Degree. Preferably studied advertising/marketing/business/sales (if have
experience doing ads for google, Facebook, you tube, Instagram, Shopee, TikTok even better)
– At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, techniques, and tools. This includes SEO, SEM,
email marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, and more.
– Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights from various digital marketing metrics and
tools like Google Analytics.
– Proficiency with digital marketing software and tools, such as TikTok Ads, social media advertising
platforms, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling ad copy, email campaigns,
and social media posts.
– Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects
simultaneously.
– Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
– Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.

Working Culture:
- Work from Home: 2 days a week (Monday and Friday)
- Overtime Requirements: Required to work OT on sales double-digit dates (8/8, 11/11, 12/12)
