Mission of the Role: We are seeking a talented and driven Ecommerce Senior Executive / Team Lead (Conversion Rate Optimization) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS, and experience in A/B testing and team management. This is a 100% remote position.



  • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Conceptualize, build, implement, and oversee a robust pipeline of optimizations aimed at improving conversion rates, increasing cart value, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with key leaders to brainstorm and spearhead new strategies focused on increasing customer acquisition and lifetime value.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Apply and integrate advanced knowledge and best practices to develop new methods, procedures, and protocols for the Conversion Optimization team.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor and report on key metrics, A/B test results, and their analyses to internal stakeholders.
  • Project ManagementManage multiple campaigns, tasks, and regular product launches with rapidly changing variables. Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for these projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Sales, and Creative Operations to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project deadlines.
  • Simulation: Design and implement simulations to predict and analyze the potential impact of various optimization strategies before deployment.
  • Problem Solving: Facilitate problem-solving and resolve day-to-day operational issues to ensure task completion.


Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, ConversionXL are a plus.



  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing CRO projects and improving conversion rates for e-commerce or similar businesses.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heat mapping tools.
  • Experience with direct response marketing funnels for eCommerce, ideally in health and wellness



  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
