Role Summary:
The Engineering Section Manager leads the PIE (Process/Industrial Engineering) team in driving product and process excellence within an electronics manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for training and team development, new product introduction (NPI), and problem‑solving for quality, cost, and delivery issues. Key duties include developing and maintaining process documentation (WI/SOP), troubleshooting product/process challenges, overseeing new equipment specifications and production demand, and interfacing with customers to resolve quality concerns and improve yield. The manager collaborates cross‑functionally to support top management initiatives and ensures the engineering team achieves company KPIs and mission goals.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare training plans for the PIE team and control related issues.
Work with customers for new product NPI & PP stage.
Perform problem solving for product and process quality issues.
Drive process improvement for quality, cost, and delivery.
Develop and maintain process WI/SOP for product lines.
Troubleshoot product/process-related quality, cost, and delivery issues for improvement.
Interface with production on all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
Oversee new process equipment production demand and review specification capability.
Communicate with customers regarding product or process quality issues for yield improvement.
Provide support and collaborate with other teams to achieve tasks assigned by Top Management.
Lead the engineering team toward company mission and KPI targets according to schedule.

Job Requirements
Possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electronic information engineering Mechatronics Electrical Automation Or equivalent qualification
Minimum more than 5 years of working experience in an electronics manufacturing factory.
Experience in PIE work, process engineering, manufacturing process, etc.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Familiar with electronic components and knowledgeable in digital and analog circuits, with good data analysis skills.
Good proficiency in spoken and written English, able to communicate with overseas clients.
Proficient in using AutoCAD.
