Factory Manager (Mandarin Speaker, Location: Serenia City, Sepang)

About the Company: 

Our Client is a foreign invested company, dedicated in research, development, production, and testing of Surge Protective Devices (SPD) or Transient Voltage Surge Suppression (TVSS) products. The company will be located at Serenia City, Sepang, Selangor, with a plant area of 18,000 sqft, and plans to commence operations in early 2025.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Gradually build a technical and production manufacturing team based on the company’s development stage and manage the team.
• Introduce relevant products and technologies from PROSURGE and localize them according to the company’s development stage.
• Organize local production.
• Manage the introduction and administration of plant facilities and production equipment at the local factory.
• Manage production safety at the local factory.
• Control management of costs at the local factory.
• Manage quality control management at the local factory.
• Other production and operational management duties.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Electronic, or Electrical Engineering.
• Over 5 years of production and technical management experience in electronics or electromechanical products.
• Preference for candidates with production or technical management experience in medium to large-sized enterprises or foreign-invested companies.
• Knowledge and experience in quality management, equipment management, production safety management, procurement, and logistics management are preferable.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system is required.
• Good proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malaysian languages.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Candidates with a strong sense of responsibility, committed, positive attitude, and a strong drive for progress.
