Job Description:

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing the daily settlement and reconciliation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role is critical to maintaining the financial health of the company and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily settlement and reconciliation of financial transactions.
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of financial data and records.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and documentation.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions.
  • Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

Requirement:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in handling settlement and reconciliation processes.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus.

  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
