Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) Analyst

Job work environment: Office-based

Job Purpose: To support the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of FPA in the area of financial planning and analysis with the on-going restructuring of the Group’s Finance function.

Responsible to/Report to: Head of FPA

Key Responsibilities:
To assist and support the Head of FPA on the following:

1. Relook / Revamp Monthly Performance Reporting.
2. Drive Value Creation agenda i.e. identify value creators and value destroyers.
3. Drive Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning process across the Group.
4. Standardize templates & drive automation.
5. Monitor KPI performance.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting / Finance / Professional qualification ACCA/CPA and a member of MIA/CIMA/MICPA.
2. Preferably 5 years of working experience in financial / accounting or relevant fields.
3. Strong financial analysis, communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work independently and observe confidentiality
