Job Description
1. Establish and improve the rules for the management of related-party transactions, and improve the monitoring and disclosure system and mechanism for related-party transactions;
2. Cooperate with relevant teams to manage related-party transactions, including identification of related parties and related-party transactions, checking of related-party transaction accounting records, reconciliation of related-party transactions in monthly consolidated statements, statistics of related-party transaction disclosure data, etc., and jointly carry out related-party transaction training, inspection, supervision, risk warning, etc.;
3. Responsible for data statistics and reporting support for related-party transaction management reports to regulatory authorities and the board of directors and supervisors;
4. As one of the key users of the related-party transaction management system, responsible for following up on the submission of development requirements, testing and continuous optimization of the system; and performing daily operations and maintenance of the related-party transaction system in accordance with regulatory requirements;
5. Financial reporting and management of significant subsidiaries of the group;
6. Managing ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields; At least 8 years’ experience in audit firms or related financial management positions. International accounting professional certificates such as ACCA/AICPA/HKICPA are preferred;
• Good project management skills, and experience in financial informationization are preferred. Good framework thinking, logical thinking and data analysis skills, and the ability to independently achieve results;
• Fluent English and Chinese communicate skills in the Chinese/English bilingual work environment;
• Honest, hardworking, with good sense of responsibility, stress resistance, good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, able to quickly understand the business, good at discovering and proactively solving problems.
