Responsibilities:
- Develop the core concepts, gameplay mechanics, rules, and narrative of a game using Lua/Excel.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and procedures to ensure thorough and effective testing.
- Analyze players data, adjustment of game difficulty levels and the optimization of the in-game economic system.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of mobile game or HTML5 game planning experience.
- Proficient in Excel, VBA/Python automation tools.
- A strong understanding of core gameplay mechanics (e.g., RPG, card-based systems); experience with released games is a plus.
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail in creating clear and structured documents.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST.
Team Collaboration Requirements:
- Use version control tools like Git/SVN during development.
- Lead engineer should be able to handle multiple roles if necessary (e.g., simple art or testing).
Bonus Points (Not Mandatory but Preferred):
- Experience with Egret + Native (APP packaging).
- Familiarity with Docker/K8s container and automation deployment tools.
- Independent game development or operation experience.
