Job Description
1. Set-up, lead, guide & oversee document control function for the Finance Department.
2. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly management reports & manages the costing & budgeting and forecast processes
3. Manage and analyse financial performance, cash flow and capital allocation
4. Ensure financial reporting is in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards
5. Updating board quarterly on financials
6. Risk management on financial issues
7. Liaise with authorities, internal and external auditors, tax agents and bankers on relevant matters and queries
8. Dealing with bankers on financing and lawyers on agreements
9. Handling vendor corruption due diligence
10. Liaise with Group Corporate Communications in matters pertaining to advertisement, donations (and other matters that fall under the purview of Group Corporate Communications)
11. To comply with company safety policy, company policy and rules and regulations
12. Carry out and related duties and ad-hoc assignments as per requested by immediate superior.
Requirements
- Recognise Degree in Accounting, professional qualification in MIA or other relevant qualifications;
- At least five (5) years of experience in finance / accounting and administration role;
- Strong financial analysis, communication and interpersonal skills
- Matured and able to work independently, provide useful and objective advice and input
- Conversant with GSuite platform and Apps
