HR Assistant Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Our client is an MNC company specializing in the research, development, manufacturing, and services of prefabricated (modular) products for data centers.

Key responsibilities include recruitment and hiring, employee relationship management, training and development, compensation and benefit management, performance evaluation, regulatory compliance, HR information system management, team leadership, strategic planning, and employee communication. Through these functions, we ensure that the organization can have high-quality talents, maintain employee satisfaction, promote teamwork, and achieve the company’s long-term strategic goals. Their work directly impacts the organization’s HR strategy and overall performance.

Lead recruitment management

1. Development of recruitment channels and outsourcing channels

2. Manage recruitment channels, publish recruitment advertisements, and manage expenses

3. New job responsibilities and adjustments

4. Process resumes, arrange interviews, and follow up interviews

5. Negotiate salary, issue offers, and follow up on employment matters

Outsourced personnel management

1. Find a suitable labor service company

2. Communicate employee requirements with project leaders and labor service companies

3. Agree and sign the proposed contract with the labor service company

4. Check attendance with project administration

5. Calculate and distribute salary

Attendance and Welfare Management

1. Count the attendance of local employees and check OA field data

2. Collect and update leave application data of local employees

3. Calculate the monthly salary of local employees

4. Handle the purchase of group insurance for new employees and retired employees

5. Process CIDB applications for new employees

6. Collect reimbursements for business trip gas expenses from employees

System Management

1. Update and maintain local employee handbook

2. Update and maintain the expatriate manual

3. Update the system of Malaysian subsidiary

4. Prepare notifications and emails to all employees based on the latest situation.

Performance Management

1. Communicate with department leaders to collect job responsibilities

2. Communicate with department leaders to collect performance appraisal templates

3. Follow up with the leaders of each department on the status of job responsibilities every month

4. Follow up with department leaders on employee performance appraisal progress every month

Organizational Structure

1. Timely update staffing data

2. Timely update the organizational chart of the Malaysian company

3. Timely update the Malaysian company contact form

Training

1. Communicate with department leaders on the training needs of department employees

2. Collect and review training plans

3. Ensure that the training plan is carried out as scheduled

Other

1. Maintenance punch-in system, attendance system, follow-up procurement payroll system, etc.

2. Formulate various forms: interview evaluation form, regularization evaluation form, job application form, etc.; follow up and issue various letters: regularization notification letter, employment certificate, etc.

3. Collect employee feedback and communicate with management

4. Handle medical insurance reimbursement matters for injured employees

5. Connect with the Ministry of Labor and other government departments, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or any other relevant disciplines
  • Good Leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • In-depth regulatory and recruitment knowledge, with the ability to apply project management, analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the effective management of the organization’s human resources.
