Essential Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Responsible to delivery for the full spectrum of recruitment activities across all business functions from managing job posting, research, sourcing, interview, offer and all of the operational and administrative work associated with hiring.
- Letter Issuing: Responsible for all employment related letter issuing matters, i.e. Employment Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter, and more.
- Talent Retention/Employee Branding: Develop and implement programs to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Implement performance management systems and provide career development opportunities. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
- Stakeholders Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines. Partner with other departments to achieve business goals.
- Learning and Development: Identify training and development needs for all employee levels, design and implement learning and development programs accordingly. Partner with managers to develop individual development plans for employees.
- Additional Responsibilities:
– Provide HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees.
– Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
– Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
– Responsible for any ad hoc project/task assigned by Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a min 3 years’ of recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Experience in Conglomerate/Construction/Education is preferred.
- Those with in-house or agency recruitment experience would have an added advantage
- Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
- Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.
- Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed.
- Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker.
- Candidate who is able to communicate in Mandarin or any Chinese Dialects is preferred.
