Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Consult with line management, providing HR Guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with Group HR to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Oversee the recruitments and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Maintain in-dept knowledge of legal requirements related to day-today management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  • Implement and execute the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Generate/produce HR reports for Management.
  • Any other HR Matters assigned by the Management from time to time.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations/Business Administration or similar disciplines.
  • 10 years of experience in the HR Industry in a similar role and capacity.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English, and local languages.
  • Proficient in Google Docs & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Able to cope in a high intensity and fast paced work environment.
  • Candidates from shared service or MNCs background as preferred.
