ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a boutique law firm and mortgage loan service provider dedicated to delivering exceptional representation, expert guidance, and tailored services to both individual and corporate clients. Their legal expertise spans a wide range of areas, including Conveyancing and Property Law, General Civil Litigation, Arbitration, Adjudication, Probate, Divorce, Employment Law, Debt Recovery, Bankruptcy, and Mediation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Talent Acquisition
- Establish and drive company’s creative and unique approach to sourcing, identifying, assessing, hiring, and retaining aligned candidates to help the business achieve its short and long-term goals.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determining selection criteria.
- Conduct on-boarding program for new hires (on-site & virtually).
- Updating recruiting procedures, supervising the HR team, and tracking recruiting metrics.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by divisions.
- Recommend ways to improve our employer branding.
HR Operations
- Ensure that the preparation and execution of human resources policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date information of employees and ensure personnel file records are accurate.
- Own the employee life cycle changes including probation, promotion & adjustment, annual merit increment, various variable bonus & termination.
Talent & Organization Development
- Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring all training programmes.
Others
- Salary Review Exercise including handling of letters.
- Oversee monthly payroll and company/individual tax returns.
- Coordination, administration, and implementation of new benefit programs, including medical and insurance plans.
- Variable Bonus and Sales Commission program administration and payment.
- Assist to plan and coordinate employee engagement program including wellness & well-being.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in human resources, business administration or other related area.
- 5-10 years of Human Resources experience, with strong experience in strategic talent acquisition/recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, time and project management skills.
- Must able to communicate in Mandarin or any other dialects.
