Human Resources Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)_Fresh Graduate Are Welcomed

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  2. Always update rules & regulation set by the government, report on new rules, give comparison and provide adequate advice to the Management.
  3. Provide backup support to kiosk team (including weekend and public holiday) when needed; provide counselling on policies and procedures.
  4. Actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process.
  5. Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  6. Handle statutory reporting, update and filling
  7. Develop training and development programs.
  8. Assist in performance management processes.
  9. Support the Management of disciplinary and grievance issues maintain employee records (attendance, absent etc.) in accordance to policy and legal requirements.
  10. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  11. Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems.
  12. Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets and calculate bonuses and allowances.
  13. Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software .
  14. Schedule bank payments and reporting.
  15. Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts.
  16. Report on payroll expenses.
  17. Key in new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
  18. Ensure confidentiality and security of documents.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree / Master in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  2. Preferable Chinese candidate (must have HR related knowledge), Malay & English (speak & writing).
  3. Good attitude and able to maintain high confidential with necessary information.
  4. Willing to provide support at kiosk whenever requested including weekend and public holiday.
