Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Always update rules & regulation set by the government, report on new rules, give comparison and provide adequate advice to the Management.
- Provide backup support to kiosk team (including weekend and public holiday) when needed; provide counselling on policies and procedures.
- Actively involved in recruitment by posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Handle statutory reporting, update and filling
- Develop training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the Management of disciplinary and grievance issues maintain employee records (attendance, absent etc.) in accordance to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems.
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets and calculate bonuses and allowances.
- Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software .
- Schedule bank payments and reporting.
- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts.
- Report on payroll expenses.
- Key in new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of documents.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma / Degree / Master in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Preferable Chinese candidate (must have HR related knowledge), Malay & English (speak & writing).
- Good attitude and able to maintain high confidential with necessary information.
- Willing to provide support at kiosk whenever requested including weekend and public holiday.
