Job Description: 

Our client is hiring for Integrated Marketing Manager to undertake all aspects of marketing, including integrated marketing campaigns, brand marketing, lead generations & event marketing.

The Integrated Marketing Manager is also responsible for enhancing customer engagement as well as analysing and reporting marketing campaigns performance to refine strategies and optimize ROI. The role reports to the Head of Group Marketing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Develop and manage content strategies across various channels, including website, email, social media, and paid media, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising, to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to create and implement marketing initiatives that align with business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, coordinating with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality outputs that meet business needs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Support event planning and execution, including webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events, to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation and event marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
