Job Description:
- Manage the review of marketing related agreements and documents.
- Collaborate with our finance, legal, tax and other teams to meet the business needs of various business scenarios. Create and manage standard templates, business clauses, and applicable scenarios for each standard template or clause.
- Manage the review of all marketing terms and conditions for customers, collaborating with the risk control, customer service, product and legal teams to responsively provide high-quality TNCs for business team to use.
- Manage, enrich, and optimize the contents of template library to enable business team to run marketing campaigns efficiently with low risk.
- Establish the standard business cooperation rules and terms for each business scenario to improve the efficiency of business negotiation and lower the business or financial risks of the company (based on understandings of business models, needs, risks, and basic financial and tax knowledges for international businesses).
- Work with the finance, legal, tax, AML, and the PR teams, to resolve common business issues and form standard solutions.
- Optimize mechanics of multi-team collaboration and collaboration efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- More than 5 years of Internal operation experience, prior experiences with marketing will be a plus.
- Strong cross-team coordination abilities, good at process management and results delivery.
- Possess logical thinking, quick to learn and able to provide good insights to influence others and drive projects.
- Proficient in English (both verbal & written), Mandarin language will be added advantage.
- Overseas legal related study or work experience will be a plus.
