About The Company:

Responsibilities:

  • To manage, coordinate and maintain correspondence, reports documentations, meeting and appointment.
  • To communicate with clients, visitors and vendors on behalf of company and maintain in good relationship.
  • Arrange, schedule meetings and appointment, jot down on calendars.
  • To represent director to conduct certain meetings.
  • To represent director to handle & manage the outside investment, including its profit & lose and operation risk.
  • Responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Make travel and hotel arrangements for director.
  • Required to assist on ad-hoc task when necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) and Cantonese
  • Friendly and outspoken
  • Candidates with HR/ Accounting background would have an advantage
