Procurement Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Global ESG Management:
1) Company Green Impact (PGI)
➔ In line with Global PGI implementation requirement from HQ, to implement in oversea company sites.
2) Company CSR Audit
➔ To review pre-audit documents including local regulation, follows by onsite audit, and prepare audit report.
➔ To follow up with audited suppliers based on interim report and review improvement evidence until closed loop.
3) Company CSR Assessment
➔ To assess and review submitted CSR Assessment to highlight and address any potential issues until closed loop.
4) Company CSR Written Consent
➔ Global management and provide helpdesk service for any enquiry.
5) Company Cyber Security
➔ Management and implementation in oversea Company sites.
6) Management of Internal System related to ESG
➔ Conduct training and refresher training to users
➔ Enhance utilization rate of related Internal System related to ESG.
➔ Review system regularly to propose for enhancement to fit to user needs

Global & Regional Supplier Management
1) To review and update procedure, flows and forms regularly
2)To review and process approval for internal supplier related application

Procurement Planning Management
1) Ensuring all planning activities including but not limited to meeting and events hosted by the department are well arranged and achieving targets.

Operation Support and Management
1) Communicate and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation in above planning related tasks.
2) To provide guidance to internal stakeholders on planning related queries and/or issues.

Human Resources (Subordinates) Development
1) Guide and advice subordinates on daily operation
2) Work with subordinates to create individual development plans and provide opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

 

Job Requirement:

Hard Skills:
1) Knowledge of Global Standards and framework on CSR, especially on Human Rights Due Diligence.
2) Knowledge on Regulatory including different countries laws and regulations, social norms related to labors rights, health and safety, environmental.
3) Ability to manage projects to work towards project goals.
4) Proficiency in Microsoft office.

Soft Skills:
1) Teamwork and collaboration with stakeholders
2) Leadership to lead the section
3) Problem solving skill to identify the problem and proposal to resolve it
4) Ability of multitasking to handle and meet tight schedule
5) Possess good spoken and written communication skills
Language Requirement:
1) English & Chinese (Read, write and speak)
2) Japanese (added advantage)

Others Requirement:
1) Able to frequent travel domestic and oversea
