About the company:
Our client is a renewable energy developer that finances, constructs, owns, and operates solar and wind projects.
Responsibilities:
- Procurement
a. Project Management
– To execute project documentation (EPC POs/BG, DocuSign/PODs/PPA Novation)
– BD turnaround time for permitting submissions
– Liaise with Permitting Contractor
– Liaise with regulatory body (SEDA/ TNB/ ST) for CAS/PSS, NEM Quota Applications, ST License
b. Procurement Process Management
– To execute procurement documentation (invoice/POs/RFPs)
– Assist procurement manager for logistics, purchase orders, invoices/delivery
– Liaise with the vendor on procurement of equipment including PO release, invoices and deliveries and dealing with issues that arise.
– Continuous procurement process improvement plan (comprehensive template applicable for all POs regardless of materials and services)
– Submission reviews following RFP to EPC.
– Managing BVA for internal financial budget
– CSM Inventory Tracking including deliveries
c. Finance
– Assist in the company audit process.
- Licencing Coordination
a. Application Management: Coordinate and oversee the entire licensing application process, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of applications to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
b. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all licensing applications comply with relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and company policies.
c. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licensing documents, correspondence, and related materials, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.
d. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the company, regulatory agencies, and internal departments, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding licensing status and requirements.
e. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the licensing application processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains, implementing best practices, and providing training to relevant staff on licensing procedures.
Requirement:
Qualification: Diploma / Fresh Degree holder
Working Experience: At least 1 year of hand-on experience in relevant job scopes.
