Product Consultant (Payment Solutions)

About Our Client:

Our client specializes in delivering advanced mobile messaging and engagement software solutions, focusing on optimizing customer interactions through a range of digital communication platforms. Their services include SMS, email, and app-based messaging solutions designed to enhance client outreach and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret market opportunity and product requirements.
• Engage stakeholders from various departments and divisions and compile business/operation requirements into meaningful User Requirement documents.
• Own and manage the product backlog for a key stream in our product management team, play the role of Product Owner in a scrum environment. You will be required to write crystal clear user stories and be a master planner.
• Work closely with sales, growth development, technical operation team, UX lead, scrum master to ensure business requirements are translated into actual deliverables and operationalized.
• Manage the entire product line life cycle and its profitability/usability.
• Perform regular market research to understand the competitive landscape for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in product development/management.
• Possess a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics/Engineering or its equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Excellence in writing clearly and concisely for internal technical and non-technical audience based on product requirements. Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technology and technical concepts.
• Have sufficient technical understanding to debate across all levels of the organisation on analytics, agile methodologies, responsive design, code quality, system scalability and site reliability without skipping a beat.
• Knowledge/experience in Scrum Methodology is an added advantage.
