Job Description

1. Manage the operations of the Company Compliance Technology Platform products (including the Regulatory Horizon Scanning platform, Regulatory Obligation Management and Risk Monitoring platform, Compliance Reporting platform, Compliance AI & LLM, etc.);

2. Develop and execute operational strategies based on user insights to enhance product usage and engagement, and assist compliance officers in transitioning to digital workflows.

3. Implement a data-driven approach to operations, creating business-focused analysis frameworks and systems based on product usage data to gain business insights, enhance operational efficiency, and manage compliance risks.

4. Gather user feedback to drive product improvements and continuously enhance product experience and business process efficiency.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of product operation experience, familiar with compliance technology products is preferred;

2. Familiar with the user behavior analysis of platform products, able to discover user behavior patterns through data analysis and propose optimization suggestions;

3. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, and be able to fluently communicate and write documents in both Chinese and English;

4. Strong learning and problem-solving abilities, and be able to adapt to fast-paced work environments.

5. Experience in a global company or compliance function is a plus.
