Job Purpose:
Oversees and directs production operations for a manufacturing organization.
Job Description:
- Lead a team of production workers and ensure finished products are manufactured in conformance with the production schedule, cost, quality and yield standards.
- Assist Operation Manager in managing / training manpower, processing, and finished goods handling during operations.
- To plan and assign daily job duties to workers to meet production goals.
- To ensure that records are properly maintained, updated and remain traceable
- To provide on-job training to workers to meet production goals.
- To monitor and verify material accuracy to ensure all materials are controlled, stored and segregated properly.
- Improve, update and maintain quality.
- To recommend changes in workflow, operations, and equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- To ensure Food Safety Management System and Halal System are implement accordingly.
Description:
- Good Computer Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in on site food production line.
- Reliable, Able to work independently under minimum supervision and able to meet tight schedule.
- Equipped with GMP and HACCP Knowledge.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results.
