About the Client
Our client specializes in high-quality curtains, blinds, and window furnishings for residential and commercial spaces. They focus on delivering customized solutions that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting curtains, blinds, and window furnishings that suit their needs and preferences.
- Provide product knowledge, design recommendations, and customization options to customers.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed individual and store targets.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with customers to close sales effectively.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, with products displayed attractively and samples readily available.
- Keep updated on product features, fabric selections, and market trends to advise customers effectively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Follow up on after-sales services, including delivery and installation schedules.
- Maintain accurate sales records and inventory management in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to organize promotional activities and campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage, especially in home furnishing or interior design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to communicate well in Malay, English & Mandarin is a MUST.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for handling order processing and inventory management.
- Able to work on weekends, and adhere to the work schedule (Tuesday to Sunday).
