Sales Executive (FMCG Industries)

About the company:

Our client is a food manufacturing company that specializes in growing and producing high-quality tropical fruits, including Durian, Jackfruit, and Calamansi, across 500 acres in Malaysia.

 

Job Purpose:
Research and develop multiple sales strategies for company’s products and services. Execute sales plan and meet sales target. Tracks sales data and identifies areas of improvement.

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for servicing existing clients and to look for new potential clients. Responsible for planning, creating, and executing sales plan to meet company’s sales target and to increase potential customer pipeline (locally & Internationally)
  • Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability.
  • Excellent communication, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers at all levels as well as to answer enquiries and follow up with clients about products and service benefits.
  • Self-Driven, proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas by actively looking for opportunities and by following up on sales lead.
  • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.
  • Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • High discipline, good attitude and responsible character
  • Strong relationship management.
  • Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures.

Requirement:

  • Good in communicating in Mandarin and English verbally and in writing.
  • Reliable, Able to work independently under minimum supervision and able to meet tight schedule.
  • Good Computer Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • At least 3 year(s) of related experience in FMCG industry
  • Travel locally and overseas to meet customers and exhibitions.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver results.
