Job Description: 

The Sales Incentive Senior Specialist is responsible for the administration, application and detailed understanding of incentive plans that support the business within CRM Solutions. This role will support reporting, data analysis and interpretation, and determination of sales incentive value. The role will require a detailed understanding of incentive plans, data management, reporting and process improvement. In this role, you will be expected to communicate with HR and finance teams, supporting sales operations and the respective business requests. You will also be expected to help initiate and build standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Your Key Responsivities: 

  • Support the development, maintenance and modification of current and future incentive plans.
  • Support tracking and analysis of incentive plans, commission programs and incentive compensation exception committee requests.
  • Review incentive plans and ensure proper application for incentive plan crediting.
  • Calculate sales quota eligibility and make recommendations for incentive process efficiency.
  • Gather and handle incentive discrepancies and project manage to resolution.
  • Administration of required data for plan crediting in accordance with timely processing deadlines.
  • Monthly, Quarterly, and annual reconciliation and compensation with HR and finance teams.
  • Resolve on a time basis incentive payment processing inquiry.
  • Proactively identify, recommend, and implement valued-added solutions and metrics in a timely manner.
  • Perform complex analysis using multiple disparate databases with large volumes of information.
  • Work with data production technology teams to maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy.

 

Requirements: 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of sales incentive plan support, analysis and administration.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years prior experience related to finance, sales incentive, and/or revenue analysis, metrics and reporting.
  • 5+ years of prior experience with incentive plan support, analysis and administration.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL and/or other Business Intelligence tools with reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required with emphasis on advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Detail oriented, focused on data integrity and accuracy.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms.
