Job Purpose:
To assist Head of Project and Marketing in sales, distribution, projects, contracts & ad-hoc duties from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
- To monitor and coordinate all the sales to customer.
- To coordinate all the outstation delivery.
- Inventory control to reduce the production downtime.
- Prepare and checking all the invoices to customer.
- Monitor delivery for customer.
- Ensure all the projects invoices is issue within the timeframe.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in related field or its equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years related working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
- Good interpersonal skills & communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Able to work independently, result-oriented & self-motivated.
- Willing to take new challenges and self-motivated for new assignments.
- Having work experience in the construction or mining industry.
