Job Responsibilities: –

1) Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain sales policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance) to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

 

2) Sales Tools optimization and management:

  • Work with regional teams to provide sales performance related data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into key sales metrics.

 

3) Sales Enablement:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the local partners.
  • Ensure that sales tools, systems, and resources are effectively utilized to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate with product team to align sales strategies with product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.

 

4) Project Management:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to sales operations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with IT and other technical teams to implement and optimize sales-related systems.

 

Job Requirements: –

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on process optimization, data analysis, and strategic planning.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role at a high-growth technology company.
  3. Experience in product operations or product management is highly desirable.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  6. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  7. Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
