Job Purpose:
To assist the Assistant Group Risk & Compliance Manager in handling crucial business challenges, comply with regulations, and build trust among stakeholders.
Report to: Assistant Group Risk & Compliance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1) Support the development, implementation, and upkeep of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework for the Group, including policies and procedures.
2) Collect, analyse, and stay updated on relevant data, trends, laws, and regulations for effective risk management practices.
3) Stay informed on current laws, regulations, and best practices in risk management for benchmarking and compliance.
4) Assist and participate in departmental initiatives and provide administrative support.
5) Perform any additional duties directed by the immediate supervisor to contribute to the department’s objectives.
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
2) Proven experience in risk management.
3) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
4) Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts to various stakeholders.
5) People with the passion to learn and grow together with the company.
