Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Job Summary: 

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 recruiters focused on regional hiring. This role is critical in ensuring that our firm attracts and retains top talent, supporting our growth and success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 recruiters, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across the region. Drive initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and strengthen employer branding.
  • Regional Hiring: Oversee regional recruitment efforts, ensuring that hiring targets are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, business leaders, and external recruitment partners.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Identify opportunities to innovate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems. Implement and manage recruitment technologies and platforms to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experience in regional recruitment within shared service/MNC environment is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
