About the Client
Our client is a leading provider specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions. They focus on innovative technologies and energy-efficient systems for both commercial and residential applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market penetration and development of regional market, explore for new customers, and
consultants’ resources; - Responsible for customers management, distribution channel, customer satisfaction survey, and to penetrate
more distribution channel; - Involve in promoting and selling of TICA’s product and shall not limit to AHU, Chillers, VRF and others product
range in TICA Group. - Formulate and implement strategic plan according to Company’s strategy, and to achieve sales target as
required; - Risk measurement for all sales order and to ensure smooth payment from customers;
- Keep track and monitor closely on customers delivery, ensure on-time delivery with high quality products;
- Involve in exhibition activities as required, organize product training to customers and distributors;
- Collection of sales data and reporting sales information;
- Task assigned by Superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional certificates / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Degree in Engineering
studies /Manufacturing / HVAC studies. - At least 6-8 years working experience in HVAC manufacturing field.
- Independent, hardworking, and with self-initiative.
- Strong team player, actively interact and communicate with team members and factory.
- Strong market analysis with solid ground of HVAC business trend, sound interpersonal skills in problem solving.
- Multi-lingual skills in speaking or writing in Chinese (MUST), Malay & English.
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft or equivalent.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawing, procedures, and specifications.
