Social Media Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Social Media Operations Specialist to elevate and grow our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
• Execute posting schedules, craft captions, select hashtags, and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the video editor and content creator to ensure timely and polished delivery of promotional materials.
• Run basic paid ads or boosted posts (FB/IG/YT) to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Engage actively with followers, respond to messages, and maintain a friendly, high-frequency brand tone.
• Support sales funnels and promotional campaigns for courses, workshops, and healing sessions.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Keep track of trends and competitor activity to continuously refine content and strategies.
• Support sales conversions through effective communication, warm outreach, and maintaining a positive presence.
• Maintain a professional, polished appearance that reflects the brand’s values and energy.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media operations (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube required).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience growth, and content optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High stress tolerance with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Basic knowledge of sales funnels, online promotion, and campaign execution.
• Professional appearance and confidence in front of the camera is highly preferred.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin are required.
