Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and prepare Division’s annual management plan covering short to long term strategies and operating goals in line with the group expectation.
  2. Monitor and manage daily operation to ensure the stability of operation and to plan and conduct preventive, predictive and routine maintenance and inspection for all associated equipment to ensure all equipment are maintained on tip-top condition at all the times to minimize the downtime.
  3. Monitor and manage the departmental project to provide onsite support as needed to ensure strategic projects are delivered on time.
  4. Introduce and implement new technologies and new methods by proposing to management to boost up work efficiency and maximize output as well as minimize engineering cost.
  5. Strive to achieve cost savings through financial management and control.
  6. Responsible for services quality improvement, monitor, data analysis, review and drive for corrective plan.
  7. Organize and provide proper training to all colleagues for better improvement and development of performance by acquiring necessary knowledge and skills.
  8. Prepare and ensure all the documentation and reports of the section are updated, organized and kept well for future reference and audit needs.
  9. Set the KPI (Key Performance Index) for the section and monitor individual colleague performance and communicate with the colleague to create improvement action plans.
  10. Establish, review and update policy, practice, and standard of procedure of sections which comply with company policy.
  11. To ensure that all the staff comply with company Safety procedure and policy and company rules and policy.
  12. Perform any other related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree/ Master in related or equivalent field.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in production of manufacturing field, including minimum 3 years in managerial position.
  3. Strong networking and management abilities.
  4. Experience working in Chemical/Oil & Gas / Heavy industry will be an added advantage.
  5. Excellent communication skill and ability to communicate with all levels.
  6. Knowledgeable in production of manufacturing policy, practice and standard of procedure.
  7. Good in computer skill, G-Suite.
  8. A positive attitude and professional manner.
