Job Description:

In close collaboration with partners, we support merchants of all sizes worldwide to realize their growth aspirations through a comprehensive range of tech-driven digital payment and financial services solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage existing and forge new partnerships with relevant offline payments partners including hardware and service providers to develop it’s offline payments capabilities
• Contribute to developing it’s APAC and global offline payments strategy – including business and service models
• Work with cross-functional teams especially in product, operations and sales to launch and operationalise new products and markets
• Work on team projects to define and develop the norms and processes of the growing team
• Practice the Company culture within the team, and build and empower talents
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of relevant experiences, preferably at an offline cards payments industry such as a service provider or acquirer, with a track record of top performance
• Experience negotiating and working with partners and working in an internet start-up environment
• Ability to translate complex product and operational needs to our partners
• Strong quantitative skillset and strategic thinking skills
• Strong presentation skills and able to represent the Company in strategic client and partner meetings
• Deep connections into local and regional (SEA/APAC) payments communities is a plus
• Proficient in English & Mandarin.
