Job Description
- Build strong relationships with Key account to enable business growth
- Partner with key merchants to strengthen business fundamentals and drive strategic goals, including but not limited to planning & executing regional campaigns/initiatives, and exploring new business opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with product, and operations teams to support growth opportunities for key partners
Job Requirements
- Over 5 years experience, particularly in: account management, channel development, Marketing
- Sales and commercial acuity – ability to build creative commercial strategy, and analyze complex situations using a vast range of data, drawing simple conclusions and turn them into actionable plans.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage requests from various stakeholders.
- Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new opportunities to grow the merchant’s business
- Eye for business. Understanding of how businesses and organizations work and how to navigate a partner’s business
- Customer success/account management experiences with Enterprise clients
- Full proficiency in English & Mandarin.
