Job Responsibilities:

  1. Performing and provide sales, marketing and project administrative works for the company. Assisting in all administrative work from initial planning to development approval stage.
  2. Preparation of Sales Administration documentation i.e. Property Sales & Purchase Agreement, Loan documentation, billings and payment receipts, and any others related documentation.
  3. Timely issuing progressive billings to the purchasers and timely collections of receivables.
  4. Responsible in applying the Property Developer License, Advertising Permits and attending to the Sales Reports for Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT- Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan).
  5. Liaise with real estate agents for property sales related matters.
  6. Preparing weekly sales and collection reports and preparing marketing materials for property sales.
  7. Handling sales and purchasers’ enquiries and managing correspondence and emails.
  8. Assisting in Project Administration works, liaise and coordinate with different departments on project documents processing and projects delivery related tasks.
  9. Liaising and following up with government statutory bodies for project approval.
  10. Assisting to monitor the work and deliverables of project consultants for timely contractual management.
  11. Assisting in preparing Feasibilities Studies Report and management reporting for the project status.
  12. Familiar with department procedures to ensure compliance to the SOP.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  2. Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales and/or project admin related works are preferred.
  3. Excellent listening and written communication skill. Mandarin is a MUST and proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia is added advantage.
  4. Be computer literate and excellent in MS office applications (particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project) with word processing and spreadsheet experience.
  5. Able to take direction, dedicated, reliable and demonstrates leadership skills.
  6. Efficient at time management and handle work matters speedy, expeditiously and accuracy with the ability to maintain focus.
  7. Have a pleasant personality and able to takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic, and maintains a positive attitude.
  8. With a good attitude, willing to learn, be responsible, co-operative and willing to work extra miles.
