    Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Oversee and manage the Finance department, including accounts payable and receivable (AP\/AR) processes.<\/li>\n
    • Lead financial planning and cash flow management for development projects.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct feasibility studies and develop financial projections.<\/li>\n
    • Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of receivables.<\/li>\n
    • Develop and implement efficient financial Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for projects and the company.<\/li>\n
    • Partner with business departments on financial aspects of development launches.<\/li>\n
    • Provide insightful accounting, finance, and tax expertise on commercial contracts, financial incentives<\/li>\n
    • Account for and process monthly revenue collection, vendor billings, staff claims and journal entries<\/li>\n
    • Prepare tax computations, coordinate filing of tax returns, process tax payments, manage withholding tax, etc<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with the CFO to develop budgets and cashflow forecasts.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain accurate accounting records, including fixed assets, AP\/AR, and project capital expenditures.<\/li>\n
    • Experienced with IFCA, MHW or any property billing and accounting software(s)<\/li>\n
    • Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and management account reporting.<\/li>\n
    • Manage year-end closing and submission of financial statements for regulatory compliance and tax purposes.<\/li>\n
    • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other professional advisors.<\/li>\n
    • Ensure adherence to the company\u2019s accounting policies, financial controls, and risk management framework.<\/li>\n
    • Manage other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance\/ Accountancy\/ Banking or equivalent.<\/li>\n
      • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Finance with good working knowledge of accounting (AP, AR and GL).<\/li>\n
      • Experience in the Real Estate\/ Property Development Industry would be an advantage.<\/li>\n
      • Good knowledge on credit and financial analysis would be an advantage.<\/li>\n
      • Possess strong analytical skill and the ability to think strategically.<\/li>\n
      • Tech-savvy and familiar with IFCA software.<\/li>\n
      • Determined and adaptable with a positive working attitude.<\/li>\n
      • Independent but at the same time able to be a good team player.<\/li>\n
      • Strong multitasking and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n
      • Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.<\/li>\n
      • Willing to travel when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
