Project Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To execute project documentation (EPC POs\/BG, DocuSign\/PODs\/PPA Novation)<\/li>\n<li>BD turnaround time for permitting submissions<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Permitting Contractor<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with regulatory body (SEDA\/ TNB\/ ST) for CAS\/PSS, NEM Quota Applications, ST License<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>b. Procurement Process Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To execute procurement documentation (invoice\/POs\/RFPs)<\/li>\n<li>Assist procurement manager for logistics, purchase orders, invoices\/delivery<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the vendor on procurement of equipment including PO release, invoices and deliveries and dealing with issues that arise.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous procurement process improvement plan (comprehensive template applicable for all POs regardless of materials and services)<\/li>\n<li>Submission reviews following RFP to EPC.<\/li>\n<li>Managing BVA for internal financial budget<\/li>\n<li>CSM Inventory Tracking including deliveries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Finance<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the company audit process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Licencing Coordination<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application Management: Coordinate and oversee the entire licensing application process, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of applications to ensure timely approvals and renewals.<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all licensing applications comply with relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and company policies.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licensing documents, correspondence, and related materials, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the company, regulatory agencies, and internal departments, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding licensing status and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve the licensing application processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains, implementing best practices, and providing training to relevant staff on licensing procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jd-section-job-type\">\n<p class=\"jd-description-text\">Job Type: Contract<\/p>\n<p class=\"jd-description-text\">Contract length: 12 months<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Responsibilities: Procurement a.
