Our client providing Metal Injection Molding, Ceramic Injection Molding, and Assembly services to their clients from various industries, i.e. Medical, Automotive, Consumer, Industrial & Semiconductor Manufacturing sectors worldwide.<\/p>\n

They are looking an experienced QA Manager to base in its manufacturing plant in Anhui, China.<\/p>\n

    Main Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Ensure quality issues are addressed on time & review for closure.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Implement quality initiatives & maintain\/enhance QMS.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Liaise with customer on quality requirement \/ issues.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. QA HOD.\u00a0 Reporting to plant GM.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Requirements:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Degree in Mechanical \/ Material Engineering with major in Quality Assurance.<\/li>\n
      2. Min 5-year experience in similar capacity.<\/li>\n
      3. Knowledge Quality Management System (ISO 9001\/ 13485 \/ 14971 \/ 14000, TS16949).<\/li>\n
      4. Knowledge of :\u00a0 Medical – FDA \/ CE, Process Validation; Automotive \u2013 VDA, TS 5 Core Tools<\/li>\n
      5. Knowledge of RoHS\/REACH\/SVHC<\/li>\n
      6. Knowledge of metrology.\u00a0 Able to interpret ANSI Y14.5M and ISO 1101<\/li>\n
      7. Practical knowledge of 6 sigma methodologies \/ DOE \/ Minitab<\/li>\n
      8. Experience in CQE and liaising with regulators.<\/li>\n
      9. Sound knowledge of SPC, IPQC, QC Tools, CAPA.<\/li>\n
      10. Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
