Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. \u91c7\u8d2d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    a. Project Management<\/em><\/p>\n

    – To execute project documentation (EPC POs\/BG, DocuSign\/PODs\/PPA Novation)<\/p>\n

    – BD turnaround time for permitting submissions<\/p>\n

    – Liaise with Permitting Contractor<\/p>\n

    – Liaise with regulatory body (SEDA\/ TNB\/ ST) for CAS\/PSS, NEM Quota Applications, ST License<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    b. Procurement Process Management<\/em><\/p>\n

    – To execute procurement documentation (invoice\/POs\/RFPs)<\/p>\n

    –\u00a0 Assist procurement manager\u00a0 for logistics, purchase orders, invoices\/delivery<\/p>\n

    – Liaise with the vendor on procurement of equipment including PO release, invoices and deliveries and dealing with issues that arise.<\/p>\n

    – Continuous procurement process improvement plan (comprehensive template applicable for all POs regardless of materials and services)<\/p>\n

    – Submission reviews following RFP to EPC.<\/p>\n

    – Managing BVA for internal financial budget<\/p>\n

    – CSM Inventory Tracking including deliveries<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    c. Finance\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

    – Assist in the company audit process.<\/p>\n

    1. Licencing Coordination<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      a. Application Management<\/em>: Coordinate and oversee the entire licensing application process, including the preparation, submission, and tracking of applications to ensure timely approvals and renewals.<\/p>\n

      b. Regulatory Compliance<\/em>: Ensure all licensing applications comply with relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and company policies.<\/p>\n

      c. Documentation and Record-Keeping<\/em>: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licensing documents, correspondence, and related materials, ensuring easy retrieval and audit readiness.<\/p>\n

      d. Stakeholder Communication<\/em>: Act as the primary point of contact between the company, regulatory agencies, and internal departments, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding licensing status and requirements.<\/p>\n

      e. Process Improvement<\/em>: Continuously assess and improve the licensing application processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains, implementing best practices, and providing training to relevant staff on licensing procedures.<\/p>\n

      Requirement<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      Qualification: Diploma \/ Fresh Degree holder<\/span><\/p>\n

      Working Experience: At least 1 year of\u00a0 hand-on experience in relevant job scopes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
