    Job Responsibilities<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Provide strategic financial advice to management and department heads.<\/li>\n
    2. Support decision-making processes through financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.<\/li>\n
    3. Oversee and maintain all accounting and tax records including but not limited to journal entries, bank reconciliations, provisional tax computation, audit and tax schedules in orderly and timely manners.<\/li>\n
    4. Monitor financial performance of the business unit.<\/li>\n
    5. Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks effectively.<\/li>\n
    6. Key liaison with external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents, regulators, and financial authorities.<\/li>\n
    7. Manage and hands-on involvement in financial processes, including accounts payable\/receivable, and general ledger management.<\/li>\n
    8. Supervise a team of finance support staffs and provide guidance, training, and mentor-ship to develop staff’s skills and capabilities.<\/li>\n
    9. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth<\/li>\n
    10. Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.<\/li>\n
    11. Optimize financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.<\/li>\n
    12. Recommend improvements to financial policies based on best practices and industry standards.<\/li>\n
    13. Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Requirements<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma\/Advanced\/Higher\/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree\/Post Graduate Diploma\/Professional Degree in Finance\/Accountancy\/Banking or equivalent.<\/li>\n
      2. At least 3 years of working experience related in Accounting or Financing functions.<\/li>\n
      3. Preferably candidate specialized in financial services, salary can be commensurate based on working experience.<\/li>\n
      4. Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.<\/li>\n
      5. Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.<\/li>\n
      6. Passion to deal with people internally and externally.<\/li>\n
      7. Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n
      8. Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point and SQL Accounting<\/li>\n
      9. Required language(s): Mandarin is compulsory, English and Bahasa<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
